anyway i finally passed the standard obstacle course with a timing of 9mins41secs

700m rundown, with helmet, LBV(load bearing vest, where you put tons of stuff in there), rifle, 1L water bottle), clear the low wall, parallel beams, jump over concertina wire, swing trainer(harder version of the monkey bar), low rope, vertical beam, "window" , Jacob's ladder , high ramp, the whole thing is like 200 or 250m, THEN another 600m run..wow.. 10mins of madness.

and my IPPT Individual Physical Proficiency Test, got a silver and OMG i cant believe i got 10.20 for the 2.4km run...wow. 5pts! bla bla bla
